Paleolithic Period
In times before agriculture, humans had to go out and kill or pick their food from nature. For millions of years, our genetic makeup has gotten used to animal fat and protein, with sporadic nuts, berries, and certain vegetables.
We have evolved to thrive on this type of food. This food created humans to be healthier and more active in those days.To get food, people did not have to go to a grocery store or take out payday loans to pay for this food.
Our ancestors did not die from modern diseases like some people claim, but from being prey. In fact, several bone analyses reveal that Paleolithic man had none of the modern diseases that we have today.
The Current Age
Fast forwarding to today, we see many health issues and diseases that come from digesting foods that do not cooperate with our genetic makeup. Grains never entered the hunter gatherer diet. They also never ate potatoes, beans or peanuts.
These foods are a staple of the modern diet, and have been since the inception of agriculture. And yet, modern man has suffered from many illnesses and diseases brought on by these new foods.
High Costs of Medical Care
The costs of health care today have soared far beyond what any reasonable person can pay without the help of a few payday loans. Still, it is too spendy. There is something else going on behind the scenes.
It is not health care, but rather it is Sick Care. The entire industry, including doctors, look at patients as dollar signs. Medicines and procedures are more what it is about, because a healthy person does not make them money.
Since our ancestors who ate the hunter gatherer diet had no need for health care, we would have no need either if we ate like them.

In what is called the “Paleo Diet”, the creators have outlined the foods our ancestors used to eat. It does not matter that the particulars are disagreed on, as long as you take from the basic food groups.
Produce that you can eat raw is safe. So, it is okay to eat berries, as well as most fruits and vegetables. It is very unhealthy to have to cook grains, beans, roots and tubers just to get the toxic elements out of them.
Even though many people prefer meat to be cooked today, our ancestors usually ate this raw.Though popular opinion says the opposite, saturated fat is good for us.

Many individuals can save money on health care needs by following what our ancestors ate from many years ago. It is wise to do this so you can avoid payday loans for health care. Even if you avoid the grains, you can avoid many modern diseases.
